Actors Kim Ga Eun and Yoon Sun Woo are set to get married this October, marking the culmination of a decade-long relationship.
On July 1, Kim Ga Eun’s agency Prain TPC and Yoon Sun Woo’s agency 935 Entertainment jointly announced the news, revealing that the couple will hold a private wedding ceremony attended only by close family and friends.
Kim and Yoon first met in 2015 on the set of the KBS2 drama 'Single-minded Dandelion,' where their on-screen connection blossomed into a real-life romance. Since then, the couple has maintained a quiet and steady relationship for ten years, ultimately deciding to take the next step.
Both agencies shared in a statement, “We ask for your warm blessings for the couple as they embark on this new chapter in their lives.”
Kim Ga Eun began her acting career as part of the 11th SBS talent recruitment in 2009 and made her debut in the drama 'Style.' She has since appeared in numerous popular series including 'Giant,' 'I Can Hear Your Voice,' and 'King the Land.' Most recently, she starred in tvN’s 'The Potato Lab,' which aired its final episode in April.
Yoon Sun Woo made his television debut in 2003 through the EBS drama 'Environmental Squadron Zentaforce.' Over the years, he has built a solid acting portfolio with roles in 'Quiz of God,' 'Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,' 'Hot Stove League,' and 'The Third Marriage.'
