A video of a toddler crossing a busy road all alone has gone viral, angering many people.�
The terrifying video was uploaded recently on an online automobile community forum. The toddler, who looks to be about 2-3 years old, is crossing the busy 4 lane car road dangerously.�
Towards the end of the video, a man who appears to be the child's guardian can be seen crossing the road as well.�
The person who uploaded the video commented, "I was so shocked to find a little toddler in the middle of the road...what kind of parent leaves their kid alone?"�
Fortunately, the uploader revealed that a car stopped to rescue the toddler, preventing an accident.�
Recently, there has been a call to raise more awareness in Korea on child safety issues, following a death of a 5-year-old child with developmental disabilities who tragically drowned in a lake after leaving a kids' cafe unsupervised.�
