It's been a while since we've heard from Nicole, and it looks like she's been working on her fitness!

Nicole showed off her amazing pilates skills on Instagram on August 5 with the message, "Selfies during exercise! #pilates #pilateskorea The weather is so hot... I have no appetite... Working on my fitness, fighting." The idol star definitely looks like this isn't her first time doing pilates moves.
