AKMU's Chanhyuk is garnering attention yet again with his "artistic" performance on Mnet's 'M! Countdown'.

On October 20, Chanhyuk appeared on Mnet's 'M! Countdown' for his first live performance of "Panorama", the title track from his 1st solo album 'Error' released earlier this week. 

Ahead of his stage, Chanhyuk appeared for a solo debut interview with the music program's MCs, (G)I-DLE's Miyeon and Nam Yoon Soo. Standing in between the MCs in a medical mask with the words "ERROR" written across it, Chanhyuk did not raise his utter a single word during his interview, leaving Miyeon and Nam Yoon Soo to carry out the interview in his place.

In response to the singer's "silent performance" during the interview, some media outlets speculated that Chanhyuk was relaying an indirect "response" to his recent dating rumors with fromis_9 member Saerom. 

Meanwhile, Chanhyuk continued to express his artistry during his performance of "Panorama" on 'M! Countdown', standing with his back turned from the camera the whole time as he sang.
