JYP Entertainment announced through its official social media channels on January 10 that Wooyoung will hold a solo concert in Taipei, further extending his global tour. The event, titled '2026 Jang Wooyoung Concert half half', is scheduled for March 8, 2026, at 'Legacy TERA' in Taipei. This upcoming performance follows the successful legs of his solo tour that began in Seoul last September, continuing through Tokyo in November and Kobe in December.
With the addition of the Taipei show, Wooyoung has expanded his tour to a total of 7 performances across 4 regions, showcasing his steady popularity and ticket power. As this marks his first solo concert in Taipei since his debut, the artist is expected to captivate local audiences with the powerful performances and refined band sounds that earned high praise during previous tour stops.
Throughout 2025, Wooyoung maintained an active presence as a versatile "all-rounder" in the entertainment industry. He released the digital single 'Simple dance' and his third mini-album 'I'm into', while also appearing in various variety programs, including the Netflix series 'Driver' and KBS2's 'You are a woman to me'.
