According to FN News on December 4 KST, the construction of a 6-story building owned by BTS SUGA's mother, worth approximately 17.3 billion KRW (~ 11.8 million USD), was completed this year.
SUGA's mother purchased the previous site of this building in December of 2022 through her private corporation 'Nageum' at 10.8 billion KRW (~ 7.3 million USD). She then demolished the original building located at the site and began the construction of a new building in 2023. The newly constructed building, which consists of 2 underground levels and 6 above ground levels, houses on the first floor a restaurant owned by SUGA's older brother, which recently opened in November.
The building is located in the vicinity of Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
In other news, SUGA is busily preparing for BTS's scheduled comeback in spring of 2026.
