Mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang opened up about undergoing dental treatment after years of excessive eating worn down her teeth.
In a video uploaded on November 9 to her secondary channel 'Tzuyang’s Outside Garden', titled “100 menu items? How much did I eat at the comic café?”, she candidly shared the backstory behind her dental procedure while chatting in the car on her way to film.

When a friend remarked that her teeth seemed strong as she bit into a chewy snack, Tzuyang surprised them by saying, “These are fake.” She explained, “My teeth got worn down because I used them so much. They became shorter, and I found out it’s better to reinforce them early, so I had the procedure done. If I had waited, I would’ve had to shave down even more of the natural tooth.”
She added, “There was a mukbang I filmed with temporary teeth, and people commented asking if I had cosmetic work done. But it wasn’t for beauty at all — it was for health. They were made to look just like my original teeth, only slightly longer.”
Tzuyang emphasized the importance of dental care, noting, “As you get older, you have to grind your teeth more, and if the base becomes weaker, they can fall out.”
Since starting her mukbang career in 2018, Tzuyang has grown into one of Korea’s top food content creators with 12.7 million subscribers on her main channel and 580,000 subscribers on her secondary one. Recently, she expanded her activities beyond food, launching a clothing brand and engaging in philanthropic efforts.
