Actor Kim Nam Gil is officially stepping into the music industry, taking on a new challenge as a singer.
According to his agency Brotherhood Entertainment, Kim Nam Gil will release his first single 'To You' on March 26 at 12 PM KST across major music platforms.
Having already demonstrated his vocal abilities through fan meetings, musicals, and OSTs, Kim Nam Gil plans to expand into full scale music activities, starting with a rock based sound.
His debut track ‘To You’ features a refreshing yet powerful rock style that highlights his strong vocals. The project is produced by Rocoberry, known for hit songs like Ailee’s ‘I Will Go to You Like the First Snow,’ Paul Kim’s ‘Me After You,’ and Gummy’s ‘Remember Me.’
Although this marks his official debut as a singer, Kim Nam Gil is no stranger to music. He previously released singles and OST tracks, steadily building recognition for his vocal talent.
Following the release, he will meet fans at his 2026 fan meeting ‘G.I.L’ on March 28 at KBS Arena in Seoul, where he plans to perform the new song live for the first time.
With this release, Kim Nam Gil signals a new artistic chapter, expanding his career beyond acting into music.
