TWICE member Dahyun will temporarily suspend her remaining tour activities to prioritize rest and recovery.
On March 25th KST, JYP Entertainment stated, “After carefully discussing the artist (Dahyun)’s condition and her ability to participate in performances, we have determined that sufficient rest and recovery should take priority over activities at this time.”
The agency continued, “Dahyun will focus on recovery for the time being and will rejoin activities once she is in a condition where she can perform choreography. We sincerely apologize for continuing to bring disappointing news to fans who have been waiting for her performances.”
Dahyun was diagnosed with an ankle fracture last month. During the early stages of TWICE’s world tour, she began experiencing issues with her ankle and received ongoing treatment while in the United States. After returning to Korea, she underwent a detailed examination and was diagnosed with a fracture. She was unable to participate in the North American shows, and due to her condition, her return to the tour remains uncertain.
TWICE is scheduled to continue their tour starting in Orlando, USA on March 27th, covering 17 cities across 9 countries.
