The girl group Kep1er is moving fans with special content that offers a glimpse into their honest inner selves.
Ahead of their comeback on March 31st with their 8th mini album ‘CRACK CODE’, Kep1er (Choi Yujin, Xiaoting, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, Huening Bahiyyih) has unveiled individual special profiles that preview the mood and message of the title track ‘KILLA (Face the other me)’, drawing attention from fans.
‘CRACK CODE’ captures the moment when one’s anxious inner self breaks apart, leading to the awakening of a deeper identity. From music to visuals, Kep1er is signaling a bold transformation. Through these unique profiles, which reflect the concept of the album, the members convey their journey of finding their true selves through handwritten notes and sincere messages.
In the profiles, Choi Yujin, Xiaoting, Kim Chaehyun, Kim Dayeon, Hikaru, and Huening Bahiyyih responded to various questions such as their life mottos, activity styles, and preferred working hours. Notably, when asked about their unique “weapons,” the members shared answers such as “the ability to make others feel comfortable” (Choi Yujin), “charisma, expressiveness, and balanced confidence” (Xiaoting), “the power to give meaning to pain” (Kim Chaehyun), “the ability to capture attention” (Kim Dayeon), “a killer smile” (Hikaru), and “execution and vocal tone” (Huening Bahiyyih), adding an engaging element for fans.
Written in the members’ own handwriting, the profiles reflect their efforts to define and explore themselves through keywords and phrases. Fans have responded warmly, saying the content allowed them to understand the artists on a deeper level.
Previously released ‘CRACK CODE’ ARS content has also drawn attention as a unique promotional approach. By calling the phone number revealed in the video, fans can listen to a short preview of the new song, offering an interactive and creative way to build anticipation while strengthening their connection with Kep1ians.
Through a series of comeback contents, Kep1er has moved beyond conventional promotional formats, delivering emotional messages that help bridge the emotional distance between the artists and their fans.
The new album ‘CRACK CODE’ features a total of five tracks, including the title track ‘KILLA (Face the other me)’, along with ‘I am Kep1’, ‘MIC CHECK’, ‘It is…’, and ‘Addicted 2 Ya’, showcasing the group’s diverse musical colors.
Meanwhile, Kep1er will release their 8th mini album ‘CRACK CODE’ on March 31st at 6 PM through major music platforms. They have also been invited to participate in “FY26 Asia Day” (tentative title), taking place in Fukuoka, Japan from May 22nd to 24th. The event has previously featured top-tier artists such as AKB48, Morning Musume ‘24, T.M.Revolution, and DA PUMP, further highlighting Kep1er’s growing global presence.
