A woman in her 40s has been arrested for trespassing at BTS member Jungkook’s residence, marking the second intrusion incident in recent months.
According to reports on July 31 KST, the suspect, referred to as A, was discovered around 11:20 PM on July 30 by a security guard who noticed her entering the building’s parking lot by following a vehicle. The guard immediately notified the police. Upon apprehension, the woman reportedly gave inconsistent statements, claiming she had entered because it was her “friend’s house.”
This latest incident follows a similar case in June, when a Chinese woman was caught attempting to access Jungkook’s residence by repeatedly inputting the door lock password. She was arrested on the spot and later referred to the prosecutor’s office on July 27 for attempted trespassing.
Jungkook completed his military service earlier this year, having enlisted in December 2023 and serving as a cook in the Army’s 5th Artillery Brigade. He was officially discharged on June 11.
With all members of BTS expected to finish their military duties by 2025, the group is currently preparing for a full-group comeback in 2026, raising anticipation among fans worldwide.
