Seo In Young candidly shared her feelings about her divorce, revealing that there were signs of trouble from the very beginning.
On March 26, a video titled 'Seo In Young Reads Hate Comments After 10 Years (Truth and Lies)' was uploaded to her YouTube channel. In the video, she read and responded to comments about her marriage and divorce.
Reacting to one comment that said, “Wasn’t this expected? They lasted longer than I thought,” Seo responded with a bittersweet smile. “I think that’s somewhat true,” she said. “People told me they already expected the divorce even at the time of the wedding. When the news came out, they said, ‘Only you didn’t know. Everyone else saw it coming from the wedding.’”
Looking back, Seo described the divorce as a learning experience. “I think I learned a lot through the divorce,” she shared. “A quiet married life without doing anything didn’t suit me. I realized that I need to stay active and continue my career.”
She also reflected on how relationships can change over time. “Don’t assume that the way someone loves you at the beginning will last forever. People can change, but if they change too quickly, there’s no time to prepare. That’s just my personal opinion,” she added.
Seo In Young married a non-celebrity businessman in 2023, but the couple divorced the following year. Her honest remarks have drawn attention for offering insight into her personal growth following the separation.
