NCT WISH unable to attend 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in LA' due to delay in visa approval

NCT WISH will unfortunately be unable to greet their fans in the U.S. at 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in LA', scheduled to take place this weekend on May 11 at Dignity Health Sports Park.
On May 10 EST / PT, SM Entertainment announced,
"We regret to inform you that NCT WISH will not be participating in 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in LA' due to visa issues. In preparation for this performance, we thoroughly completed all necessary steps to secure visa approvals, including submitting the required documents and attending interviews. However, despite our best efforts, there was an unexpected delay in the approval process, and the visas were ultimately not issued in time. At present, the exact reason for the delay remains unclear. We made every possible effort to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, it was not enough to ensure NCT WISH’s appearance on stage. We fully understand and deeply regret the disappointment this may cause to fans who were eagerly anticipating NCT WISH’s performance. We share in your disappointment and sincerely apologize for not being able to fulfill this commitment. To all the fans who set aside time to attend the show and support NCT WISH, we offer our heartfelt apologies. Your unwavering support means everything to us, and we will strive to repay your love and anticipation with even greater dedication and performances in the future. Thank you for your understanding."
Meanwhile, NCT WISH will be performing as a part of the lineup for 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in Mexico', scheduled to take place later this evening at GNP Seguros Stadium beginning at 8 PM local time.
