Oh, is that so? I thought that only trainees (who didn't debut yet) can quit, but those who already debuted can not except by paying contract penalty fees?

Yeah, and being in EXO mean zero second of screen presence and getting nano second in the line distribution. So its better to be in Syria then.

All his wealth and popularity is thanks to SM.

I still believe instead of pushing him next to Kai during Exo days was the wrong decision, Lay had to step in the back because of him being a vocal and main dancer just because Luhan had the skinny body koreans like.

Well now at least SM gave him his own thing but still i'm not happy~

i miss Deer Luhan in Kpop industry with EXo., specially miss Hunhan.

Yoona and Luhan were the powerful SM's Deers , they both so pretty with full talents and also smart.

So the reason he gives now is different from before? I seems the media keeps update their "rearons". I'm sure it might be another article like this claiming it's the real reason in couple months lol.

You are delusional, aren't you? He's CHINESE - it's a huge market and they love him there. SM sucks, he had reasons to leave as have every other artist who's left SM & sued. He's doing just fine and could care if some fans hate him (maybe he cares, always struck me as a sweet & sensitive kid).

He was blacklisted though. When SM artists decide to leave the company before their contract expires, SM would blacklist them and make it hard for them to promote in SK.

Yes, SM pulled their usual illegal crap - but Luhan has CHINA as his base - that's a huge market that dwarfs SK.

almost every chinese idol borned from KPOP system received lackluster career after they return

it's their group that had the popularity, no that individual. most of them got the money in their heads

This is possible for some Chinese former kpop idols, but this is definitely not the case for Luhan. He's one of China's top celebrities. I've been to China twice for extended periods of time and he is EVERYWHERE. There are tons of cardboard cutouts of him in malls, he's on subway ads, street level ads, billboards, commercials for major brands (like KFC), etc. He's definitely not suffering from a lackluster career.

Why would you flaunt your ignorance like that? Luhan was China's second highest earner in 2017 (in entertainment, of course), Kpop stars could only dream about the money and popularity he got in ONE YEAR.

Kris and Tao also are doing extremely well, it really shows how limited most Kpop fans are, when you see shi* comments like that,
