Earlier, it was reported that Go Hyun Jung refused to continue filming due to conflict with the staff members. Rumors even stated that the actress assaulted the director. SBS made an official statement and confirmed there are issues between the actress and the staff.
On February7, SBS spoke up once again and announced that Go Hyun Jung is ultimately leaving the drama.
A rep from SBS stated to OSEN, "The conflict between Go Hyun Jung and producers of 'Return' have grown and they can no longer work together. As a result, Go Hyun Jung is leaving 'Return'. We are looking to change the lead actress."
The Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Return' has been bringing in a 16% viewer rating, making it the #1 drama in its time slot. The drama will not be airing on the 8th due to special Olympic broadcast. The drama is scheduled to resume on anormal schedule next week, however, filming has reportedly been halted for several days due to the issue.
