Actress Seo Hye Won’s recent marriage news has drawn warm congratulations from her former co-stars, creating a heartwarming moment for fans.
On April 1 KST, Seo Hye Won personally shared the news via her social media, posting a handwritten letter along with a photo taken with her husband. Following the announcement, fellow actors who appeared with her in the drama ‘Lovely Runner’ flooded the comments with congratulatory messages.
Byeon Woo Seok wrote, “Wow, congratulations,” while Heo Hyung Gyu, who played a villain in the drama, also commented, “Congratulations so much,” expressing his support.
Song Ji Ho, who portrayed her on-screen husband in the series, added, “Congratulations, be happy,” drawing particular attention. Fans reacted playfully to his message, leaving comments such as “her ex-husband” and “nice to see the ex,” adding a lighthearted touch.
The public display of friendship among the cast delighted viewers, with many expressing how nice it was to see their bond continue off-screen.
Born in 1993, Seo Hye Won debuted in 2016 through the play ‘Bold Romance’ and gained wider recognition for her role as Hyun Joo, the friend of Sol, in tvN’s ‘Lovely Runner.’ She also won the Female Scene Stealer Award at the SBS Drama Awards last year for her performances in ‘My Perfect Secretary’ and ‘Spring of the Four Seasons.’
Although her marriage to a non-celebrity partner took place earlier this year, the news was revealed belatedly on April 1. Her agency confirmed the marriage, explaining that the ceremony was held privately out of respect for her partner.
In her letter, Seo Hye Won shared, “I wanted to carefully share an important update from my life. I have met a precious partner with whom I promised to share my life as a married couple,” adding her gratitude to fans and her commitment to continue growing as an actress.
