N-SONIC's first hearing on nullifying their exclusive contract with C2K Entertainment has been scheduled for September 12th.
In June, C2K Entertainment had filed a lawsuit against the N-SONIC members on damages related to their lawsuit on nullifying their contract. The first hearing has been scheduled for September 12th, and each side will check the suit against them through their legal representative and then take action.
In May, C2K Entertainment had revealed that N-SONIC members had gone MIA, missing various schedules and staying out of contact. N-SONIC had then revealed their intent to file a lawsuit to nullify their contract with the label.
