N-SONIC's first hearing on nullifying their exclusive contract with C2K Entertainment has been scheduled for September 12th.

In June, C2K Entertainment had filed a lawsuit against the N-SONIC members on damages related to their lawsuit on nullifying their contract. The first hearing has been scheduled for September 12th, and each side will check the suit against them through their legal representative and then take action.

They wouldn't just disappear from an important fan meeting for no reason. They love their fans it's just the company they have a problem with. I hope everything goes well

I think the same way but I also believe that N-Sonic had to it this way because the company wouldn't get noticed by the netizen. N-Sonic might did this to show how they're treated by the company and wanted to ppl know that this was the last way out to show that they can't do it anymore .... All speculations but I hope they become a band after their leader is out of military....

N-Sonic had gone MIA after they returned from their schedules in Japan. There has been no explanation as to why they did this but being a Super Sonic (their fandom name) I know they would not disappear without a reason. I personally think they wanted to spend time with leader J.Heart before his military enlistment in June and I also don't think they want to continue without their leader because he's very precious to the other members. They said N-Sonic wouldn't be N-Sonic without their leader. During period time they let C2K Entertainment know they wanted to terminate their exclusive 7 year contract (that still has 4 years left). C2K has never done a good job promoting the group and looking at their videos neither do I think they treated N-Sonic very well or N-Sonic didn't treat the staff members very well. Still, this is just theory. I don't know what happened but N-Sonic wouldn't just disappear without reason. There is definitely information that they are keeping from us. Leader J.Heart later made a long post on Instagram, apologizing to all Super Sonics, too.. On the other side though, I cannot blame C2K for filing a lawsuit against them. They disappear, missing the last fanmeeting before J.Hearts military enlistment. It should not just be accepted that the guys cut off contact with the label and go off on their own. I hope the guys explain their side of the story, whatever that is, and be able to negotiate properly with the label to get a result both sides can agree on. [Sorry for my broken English]
