All of N-SONIC have gone MIA.

According to their label, N-SONIC came back to Korea on May 9th after a 2-day schedule in Japan. Afterward, all of the members cut off contact with the label and disappeared. Because of this, the label had to cancel all of N-SONIC's schedules in China and Korea.

More importantly, N-SONIC had a fanmeet on the 21st where leader J-Heart would see his fans for the last time before his enlistment, but the members were unable to be contacted. When the label messaged the members saying, "This is the last fanmeeting with fans before leader J-Heart enlists. Take responsibility and take action." J-Heart checked the message but did not answer.

What do you think happened?

I suppose the situation must be pretty bad for every member of the group to mutiny like this, but these are big events to miss. In my opinion, they should negotiate with the agency behind closed doors, because television shows? Fan meets? How many people are behind organizing those events? I understand the situation must be pretty bad, but this is being a bit irresponsible and inconsiderate to fans and staff involved who aren't caught up in the agency.

There are too many incompetent entertainment companies out there with shitty management skills and fishy contracts, someone from the government should take charge and start elimenating them.

Changjaerawr Monday, May 23, 2016

Their agency never promoted them well and I think the fact that they let the fanmeet go on proves it all, but maybe it was a bit too harsh from the boys too, I hope they are okay, I'm very worried about them.

What does MIA actually mean?

To go MIA for a fanmeet, which every idol groups hopes to have, and want to see their beloved fans who support them. I dun understand why. Even if the agency overworked them or treat them badly, a fan meet is to see FANS, the people who give them Money and BUy their music. Skipping a fanmeet is can be disappointment to fans, and in worst case, be disrespectful to fans who wait since morning for them. I only wonder why seriously happen for them to do that. If you have issues with your agency, by all means, get a lawyer or something to SUE it, but your fans are innocent and you should be honoring the fan meet and their time spent to meet you. For they are the very reason, you and your group is still in Business.

Well, apparently their attorney notified their company on May 17 that they would be terminating their contract. The fan meet was on the 21st. Call me crazy but the company should have canceled it. They had time. But maybe the company proceeded thinking that they could force the group to appear. I have a feeling a lot of skeletons are coming out of that closet.

myfirstwasmblaq BAPtastic Monday, May 23, 2016

Agreed. The company should have canceled everything for that week. But they were probably counting on the money from the fan meet.

In that case, I feel that N-SONIC should at least inform the fans through SNS or any one of the major fan sites etc that they are not turning up and explain why, so that the fans would not be wasting the time waiting and also can clarify with the agency if the event was going on or not.

I think I get this, though one of the most important parts of a lawsuit is to keep it secret up until the last possible moment to reserve impact. Letting fans know they planned to boycott a fan meet would have undermined that. Regardless of disappointment, I can understand why they did it.
