The mystery of N-SONIC's recent, abrupt disappearance has been solved...and replaced with some bad news.

The group's label C2K Entertainment revealed, "This past May 17, through a law firm, [N-SONIC] notified us of their intent to terminate their exclusive contract.

C2K further stated,"The members one-sidedly communicated their intent through a law firm to terminate their exclusive contracts and their conditions regarding the termination. N-SONIC's exclusive contract took effect on May of 2013, and as it was a seven-year contract, there are still four years left. We would like to apologize to everyone who helped N-SONIC and to all the fans who have supported them. We are continuously attempting to contact all the members but to no avail. After we examine the matter further, we will also look into how we can take legal action."

This reminds me of BAP. At least they're together on this. How can fans be so selfish with the mentality of me me me me first! If they left like that it MUST mean something shitty happened to them. So if they were being abused or severely mistreated...its OK just go to the fan meeting because the fans come first. Yrue fans will ALWAYS understand!

why do people always seem to come to the defense of companies first in instances like this? yes, it was extreme to cut off contact and stop attending schedules. don't you think that seems like a problem? don't you think something must be pretty fucking wrong for them to just... leave? people keep saying "its not like theyre getting beat or abused" as if they know any more about the situation than everyone else. believe it or not, that happens extremely frequently, but always gets swept under the rug. ryu of mr mr? k of wonder boyz? open world entertainment trainees and possibly idols as well? nine muses? abuse from companies is not uncommon and the fact that they all left together and all took such a risk to ME means that something seems to be really wrong. why do people like to side with the company so much more than the artists in these situations?

and by the way, yes, they do have fans. no n.sonic fans that ive seen have left them over this, we're all worried sick. if you dont know anything about them, dont make assumptions about their fanbase like that. they have our support.

Not the best media play I've seen. Since they've revealed they knew on 5/17 of N-SONIC's intent to nullify their contract, and the company couldn't be assed to tell the fans until AFTER the 5/21 fan-meeting, when of course the boys didn't show up, it's so obvious it was just done to get the fans pissed at the boys and make them look bad. Geez. No wonder N-SONIC wants to leave.

At least they do it together. I give them credit for that.

Wow. I thought it was just a publicity stunt, since the group isn't famous at all in South Korea. I'm not sure how to feel about this. I like their songs and always wished for them to be more popular. Their company didn't promote them at all in South Korea, mainly focusing on Japan (a known tactic when a group fails to gain popularity in SK).Such a drastic, unprecedented act (going MIA) could be a sign of mismanagement by the company, but it's still unheard of: a whole group - not a member or two - disappearing without telling anyone, ditching their fanmeet (fans paid money and probably made efforts to come and see them), and not being brave enough to even answer the company's phone calls. From the company's point of view, I can guess that they went crazy - if something would have happened to any of the boys, the company would've been held responsible.I think that N-SONIC are behaving immaturely and in a selfish way. Even in the most extreme cases so far in K-pop, such as TVXQ and EXO - members didn't disappear without a notice, and at least made sure to fulfill their obligations prior departure (and if they didn't. the company was still informed).Even if the boys will leave and find a new company and will re-group - they've lost their fans, and they'll have to regain everyone's trust all over again.

But the company knew since 5/ who was not brave enough to face the fans....the company and not the boys.

those 7 year contracts are dangerous in small companies, they were  young and ambitious when they sign them. i love them so much and i'll keep on supporting them.

If they are young there should be parents and families to aid them

Akablack Monday, May 23, 2016

nah ... i've had enough of kentertainment to know it could just as much be the companys fault but now those poor boys are gonna get so much hate

FriedChickenLove Monday, May 23, 2016

Not gonna bash anyone until i here both sides.
