C2K further stated,"The members one-sidedly communicated their intent through a law firm to terminate their exclusive contracts and their conditions regarding the termination. N-SONIC's exclusive contract took effect on May of 2013, and as it was a seven-year contract, there are still four years left. We would like to apologize to everyone who helped N-SONIC and to all�the fans who have supported them. We are continuously attempting to contact all the members but to no avail. After we examine the matter further, we will also look into how we can take legal action."�
