According to the police, Yoochun can still be found guilty even if all the women cancel their assault claims.

Because the cases range from 6 months to 2 years ago, it is hard for the police to get definite evidence on the case. The woman who claimed the date to be December last year has so far submitted her therapy session the day after her sexual assault, as well as the texts she sent to her close friends referring to Yoochun by his real name, as evidence.

Today (6/20), Yoochun will be filming his own legal rebuttal against the women saying he is innocent, but the police will still be paying special attention to the case as all four women are adult entertainment business workers, and that all four cases happened in a bathroom.

Even if he did not sexually assault them, the case that he illegally bought sex is still very possible, especially if the DNA on the first woman's underwear turns out to be Yoochun's. However, it is still hard to prove that the money he paid to the bar included the sex, so the police will have to hold a corroborative investigation.

DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

They were all adult entertainment business workers. What exactly do they do? So he paid those bar does it mean he bought sex? So it means he paid the bar and they offered the girls and the girls accept the money and say ok lets go. Later to turn around and say rape? I totally don't understand this article?

This article means, even though he didn't rape the girls, he still can be found guilty for using prostitution facility (as buyer). Prostitution is business that selling woman body to someone. Buyer can do anything to the woman they bought within time limit. It's dirty business that don't have human rights in their textbooks. It really shame that human traffic still alive in this world. Prostitution is illegal in Korea by the way.

of course he can be found guilty regardless of the withdrawal of allegations.. and rightly so... as if somebody suddenly didn't break the law if the victim says they didn't... although i wonder if there actually is anything to convict him on...

ts from CJes side, do remember they are two side here, so stop assuming anything, wait till the police finish their investigation.

So he didn't pay the hookers directly, but the bar/pimp they worked for. Because they didn't get paid directly, they can try suing for assault because the law is always on the woman's side. But since he didn't pay them directly, he really can't be tried for prostitution unless someone was really out to get him like SM lining the cops pockets. That's what I'm getting from this article.

Yoongisjams 9001reasons Monday, June 20, 2016

Wtf? The law is always on the woman's side? Ever heard of the Stanford Rapist?

alistapart Yoongisjams Tuesday, June 21, 2016

ever heard the miryang gang rape? or the recent one where an Australian women get raped in SK? do read and tell us again that law is on the women's side regardless of proof.

Yoochun who is currently being held under suspicion of raping four different women on separate occasions recently provided his alibi in attempt to disprove 2 of the occasions that he is being held under suspicion of. On June 21st, 2016 Sports World reported that there is a strong possibility that the 3rd and 4th alleged victims of rap bye Park Yoochun of JYJ are lying. According to reports, the 3rd victim claimed to have been raped on 2014 June 12th, but Park Yoochun had been in Chengdu Sports Center Stadium in preparation for ‘The Return Of King’ concert. On the date that the 4th woman claims to have been raped in February Yoochun was confirmed to have been in China again on a fan meeting tour. CJes stated that they plan to confirm this fact through immigration to confirm his presence in China at the time officially. Kang Shin Myung Comminssioner stated on the 21st, “We are going to investigate every question and suspicion carefully.” cr: Koreaboo

quoted from my post in another comment. yes of course you can do your own research to but just remember that you can be wrong or that news reporter could make mistake too. and in this case do know that Park Yoochun is on incheon airport heading to Guangzhou at 13 June korean time not at 12 june 2014, me/220029805793 youtu. be /OwHfyUhQBhM and the chengu concert is on sept not on june "JYJ will be heading to Chengu Sep 5 (OZ323) @ 8pm. Arrive @ 11pm Leaving Chengdu Sep 7 @ 12.10am (OZ324) Back Seoul @ 4.50am". so Yoochun alibi which his fans have said is not correct. that's why i told you to stop making assumption and just wait till the police investigation is finished.

they could have meant it not in Korean time...

supaaebs Monday, June 20, 2016

this is getting bigger than it is suppose to. I dont know why the media is releasing his name and all the little information that makes him look like shit. You should complete the investigation before releasing any information to the public. Netziens can easily fabricate information or cause the situation to be worse. I'm not a JYJ or DBSK fan but looking at this situation now YOOCHUN will be screwed either way. If he did commit the crime everyone will be on his ass and his career will be ruined/ If he didn't commit the crime there will still be people who think he did and Koreans are so traditional they will; always have that bad stigma on him.

Kawaii8 supaaebs Tuesday, June 21, 2016

totally agree. they should've taken those steps before coming to a conclusion even if he ends up in the wrong. everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
