Shinji, (real name Lee Ji Sun, 41) is set to marry fellow singer Moon Won (real name Park Sang Moon, 34), who is seven years younger.
On June 23, Shinji and Moon Won were spotted taking wedding photos at a studio in Seoul. The two first met as senior and junior singers through a broadcast program and later developed a romantic relationship. Their mutual trust and love eventually led to the decision to marry.
Moon Won first gained recognition in 2013 by placing fourth in the Yoon Min Soo episode of JTBC’s 'Hidden Singer 1'. He later appeared on MBC’s 'Trot National Festival' in 2020, further raising his profile.
In celebration of their upcoming marriage, Shinji and Moon Won will release a duet single titled “Shalakadoola” on June 26. Previously released teaser photos showed the couple in a dessert café setting, radiating sweet, romantic energy—raising excitement for their musical collaboration as well.
Shinji debuted as a member of the co-ed group Koyote in December 1998 and has remained active across music and variety programs ever since.
