
Actress Jun Ji Hyun is set to conclude her journey with management agency IEUM HASHTAG as her exclusive contract approaches its end, industry sources revealed on June 24. The contract is expected to expire in early July.
Since 2022, Jun Ji Hyun has been represented by IEUM HASHTAG, a company founded by CEO Kim Sun Jung, who has long worked closely with the star. The agency recently made headlines when another high-profile actress, Kim So Hyun, chose not to renew her contract and left the agency.
“Jun Ji Hyun is expected to enter the free agent market,” said one insider. “Given her stature in the industry, she is considered a major name, and naturally, there is a great deal of interest in her next move.”
Another source added, “Jun Ji Hyun is currently weighing her options among several entertainment companies. As she intends to continue her career actively, she is looking for a company that aligns well with her needs and values.”
Jun Ji Hyun debuted in 1997 as a magazine model for 'ecole,' quickly rising to fame and earning the title of “CF Queen” for her unparalleled presence in commercial advertising. She has starred in a string of hit films including 'Il Mare,' 'My Sassy Girl,' 'Windstruck,' 'The Thieves,' 'The Berlin File,' and 'Assassination.'
