On June 4, her agency revealed she'll be releasing her debut track "Lucky Charm" later this month. Appropriately, the song is an EDM track with hip hop influences about being a luck mascot. Park Ki Ryang is said to have wanted to try her hand at fields other than cheerleading.

She made her debut as a cheerleader for the Ulsan Mobis Phoebus basketball team in 2007 and joined the cheer team for the Lotte Giants baseball team in 2009, rising to popularity shortly afterwards.

Stay tuned for more from Park Ki Ryang.

Hope she's got the talent and do well with it! Good Luck to you!!

I have not heard her sing, so I don't know if she has any talent. However, there are several examples of singers who got their start working at something that was very different. Kelly Clarkson, the American Singer, who got her big break on American Idol, worked at a movie theater, promoted Red Bull energy drinks, and worked as a telemarketer and as a cocktail waitress in a comedy club, and look where she is now. Talent doesn't always come from an agency.

To everyone saying she's going to flop: have you heard her sing yet? If not, on what are you basing your, clearly biased, opinion? You do realise there are men and women out there who are absolutely stunning to look at, can sing, dance and have various other talents as well? So let this girl debut. Perhaps it's bad, perhaps it's good. Whatever it may be, she can have a stab at it. Just like you can. But perhaps you're not as stunning or as talented and you're in fact just jealous.

Nothing wrong with trying to make a living, if she's not good singer than she will flop anyway. Good luck.

isnt that the natural process though in korean entertainment industry?  once you get popular for...whatever reason,  you accumulate fans, tv appearances happens, then you catch the bug for fame.  as long as youre considered somekinda pretty over there,  your foot is pretty much in the entertainment doors.  at this point, she'll either be 1) (at best) a mediocre singer with a fun personality or 2) a mediocre singer who uses her body to get by.  Imo, most in kpop land fit in these two categories. 3rd would be she'll shift on over to acting if kpop does not accept her lol.

B is about to flop mad heavy

at this point, anyone can be a singer as long as they have fans. the south korean government should hire some professionals to filter out those who can't sing, strip off their license to perform on tv or something. the korean entertainment industry is infested with plastic chicks and dudes with no talent !

that's funny, you are talking about that anyone can be a singer as long as they have fans and that professionals should filter out those who can't sing, but your profile picture is Sana, who really can't sing.
