Recently, a father posted a situation onto an online community after becoming concerned about his daughter's possible encounter with a pedophile.
He wrote, "My big daughter, a third grader in elementary school, got to know a man through a game and was advised on what pictures to take and send him. I bought my daughter in her third year of elementary school a smart phone, and while she played a game on it, she got to know a man who stubbornly asked my young daughter for a picture of her body. In the end, my daughter was unable to refuse his request and sent him a picture. I'm curious what is the best method I can take to handle that man."

It looks like the man could be punished for possession of the picture according to Article 11 Section 5 of the rules regarding the protection of children and youth. A legal expert stated, "If he had given the picture in question to another person or even profited through selling it, he could receive additional punishment."
The response from netizens to this situation online showed their immense anger at the man taking advantage of the little girl like that.
