Stray Kids are keeping their comeback momentum going with the release of new remix singles for their latest hit, "CEREMONY".
The group made their highly anticipated return on August 22nd with their fourth full-length album, 'KARMA', and its title track "CEREMONY". The song, co-written by the group's producing team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han), is a powerful blend of trap EDM and Baile Funk rhythms that celebrates a moment of triumph after enduring difficult times.
Immediately upon release, "CEREMONY" topped major real-time music charts at home and abroad, including iTunes. The album 'KARMA' achieved double-million seller status on its first day according to Hanteo Chart and topped the daily album charts for both Hanteo and Circle. It also hit #1 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and the European iTunes and Apple Music album charts. The track's music video has been a massive success, holding the #1 spot on YouTube's worldwide trending music videos for three consecutive days.
Building on this success, Stray Kids will release two digital remix singles. According to a timetable poster released on the group's official social media at midnight on the 24th, "CEREMONY (Maximum Power Remixes)" will drop on August 25th at 1 PM KST, followed by "CEREMONY (Celebrate Remixes)" on August 29th at 1 PM KST. The contrasting poster designs hint at the different musical styles of each remix package.
The 'Maximum Power Remixes' single will feature five tracks: the original version of "CEREMONY", 'KARMA', Sped Up, Slowed Down, and Instrumental versions. The 'Celebrate Remixes' single will also contain five tracks: the original, a 'Hip Hop Version - English Version', a 'Hooray Version - English Version', the standard 'English Version', and a Festival Version - English Version', promising fresh and exciting takes for fans worldwide.
Having recently completed their largest-ever world tour, 'DOMINATE', Stray Kids are currently in their first week of comeback promotions, appearing on various domestic music shows with their upgraded stage presence and performances.
