It seems Amy, who was recently deported from Korea, can't catch a break. The celebrity is allegedly going to court in the United States on physical assault charges.
Allegedly, Amy is currently residing at a friend's house in California. She returned home after drinking and found the husband and wife of the house in an argument over an issue regarding their child.

Amy somehow got involved in the argument and got into a physical fight with the wife. The son in the house then called the police as the fight was unstoppable. Some reports say that Amy suggested that the wife should take care of her son instead of complaining about her husband.
Both Amy and the wife claimed physical assault from the other. Amy's side is stating that her nose was broken, while the wife suffered no serious injury. The two are heading to the courts on April 15 in an attempt to settle the issue.
