Jang Yoo Joon who became more well known after his role as Woo Boong Uh in KBS's 'The Birth of a Rich Man" will be debuting under a new trio male group called Tri Tops (formerly I the Tri Tops)!
In 'The Birth of a Rich Man', Woo Boong Uh was an aspiring young man who dreamed of becoming a singer one day. After watching Woo Boong Uh sing along side guitarist, Ji Hyun Woo in one particular scene, netizens and viewers flocked to online boards, asking the identity of Woo Boong Uh. "Who's that actor that plays Woo Byung Uh? He sings so well and his so cute", "I'm so drawn in by his voice", and "His going to make the hearts of noonas flutter!", most of them said.
Although, Jang Yoo Joon is just debuting, he has an impressive resume under his belt. His acting career began with KBS's drama, 'My Precious Child' and continued from there with 'The Birth of a Rich Man'. Jang Yoo Joon even took on the role of Yul in the 'Palace' musical and even released his Japanese single, "Flower", marking his first Japanese debut.
Tri Tops will be releasing their first digital single, "I Am a Bad Guy" on March 28th which will be distributed through various online sites.
