C-JeS Entertainment has announced that they've dropped their injunction against Avex.
On June 2nd, Avex wrote through their official homepage, "C-JeS Entertainment has officially withdrawn their injunction as of May 27th. We believe that the reason such action was taken was because they did not feel it was necessary to continue with it."
Representatives of JYJ explained, "We filed the injunction because Avex had interfered with JYJ's ability to perform in Japan. JYJ is now able to hold concerts in Japan so we felt that the injunction was meaningless and thus dropped it."
JYJ will continue with their charity concert on June 7th.
