On August 12th, the Korean Red Cross Society held an inaugural ceremony for the "Helping Children in Africa" fundraiser at the Seoul Plaza Hotel.
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon, SNSD, f(x), SHINee, actress Kim Yun Jin, Shin Hyun Joon, Jo Sumi, and many others were seen participating in the event.
Led by the Korean Red Cross Society and UNICEF, the joint fundraiser will accept donations over the next 3 months under the slogan "Together for Africa", using the money raised to help children in Africa.
