Eric Nam has returned with a bold transformation, releasing his new digital single “How The Fire Started”.
The music video is built around a cinematic Western theme, placing Eric Nam at the center of a tense rodeo showdown and highlighting his growing presence as an actor. Having continued his film and acting projects in recent years, he delivers a more layered performance that strengthens the narrative of the new single.
Notably, the MV features scenes reminiscent of 'The Traitors Season 4', the hit Peacock series where Eric Nam ranked third after the show achieved four consecutive weeks at No. 1 in streaming. Familiar faces including Rob Rausch, Maura Higgins, Natalie Anderson, Ron Funches, and Yam Yam Arocho appear, offering a unique crossover experience for fans of the program.
Previously, Eric Nam achieved notable success with his 2023 full-length album 'House on a Hill', ranking No. 3 on the U.S. Spotify chart, No. 7 on the U.K. Spotify chart, and No. 22 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, solidifying his global presence. He has also completed over 70 world tour shows across North America, Latin America, and Europe, and premiered a short film version of 'House on a Hill' in Los Angeles.
With over one billion cumulative streams, Eric Nam is poised to open yet another new chapter with “How The Fire Started.”
