YouTuber Freezia has sparked controversy after saying she dislikes men who use Samsung Galaxy phones.
On March 8, her daily life video was released on the YouTube channel THE Freezia.
In the clip, Freezia visits a nail salon and, after chatting with a staff member, says, "I heard this woman’s boyfriend uses a Galaxy Flip." When the staff asked, "So? What’s wrong with that?" Freezia replied bluntly, "Honestly, I’d dislike it if my boyfriend used a Galaxy. My mom and dad use Galaxy phones, but they’re different from a boyfriend. Thinking about him taking pictures of me with that phone really annoys me."

She continued, "The photo quality of Galaxy and iPhone is different. I don’t even remember ever touching a Galaxy. The only people I can allow to use one are my mom and dad. When the Flip first came out, I thought it was pretty and wanted to buy it. But I think iPhone is much more convenient."
After her remarks went public, netizens criticized her, saying things like, "What did Galaxy ever do wrong? I’m disappointed she only wants to date men who use iPhones," "Even the same point can be phrased differently. If she had worded it more carefully, it would have been fine," and "She said the staff’s boyfriend uses a Galaxy, isn't it rude to make a comment like that?" However, some defended her, stating it was "just personal preference."
Previously, Freezia had faced controversy over wearing counterfeit luxury goods on 'Single's Inferno,' which led her to temporarily pause her activities.
