SHINee's Taemin says he's so forgetful he might have ADHD

SHINee's Taemin revealed he thinks he has ADHD.

On the August 24th episode of Girl's Day Hyeri YouTube series 'Hyeri's Club', Taemin opened up about why he thinks he has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. The SHINee member shared with Hyeri that he tends to be so regretful he wondered whether he has ADHD, and Hyeri teased him about his reputation for losing items all the time.

Taemin explained he diagnosed himself after watching a video online. He expressed, "One day, I was watching something that came up through the YouTube algorithm, and it said a characteristic of ADHD is forgetfulness and frequently losing things. I thought, 'That could be me.'," further revealing he once lost 2 pairs of AirPods within hours and loses his phone all the time.

The SHINee member then shared he loses jackets all the time after practice and wonders why he's cold when he leaves the building.
