Rookie girl group ILLIT is set to embark on its first solo world tour since debut, beginning in Seoul this March.
On January 22, BELIFT LAB announced, “ILLIT will launch their first world tour, 'PRESS START♥︎',” adding that the group plans to meet their fandom, Gllit, across a total of seven cities. The tour title 'PRESS START♥︎' symbolizes the beginning of a new journey. The heart icon represents both the initial signal that activates a system and a heartbeat, reflecting ILLIT’s ambition to share excitement and anticipation with fans through this tour.
The tour will open in Seoul, where ILLIT will perform on March 14 and 15 at Ticketlink Live Arena. The group will then continue their tour across Japan and Hong Kong. In Japan, ILLIT is scheduled to perform on June 13–14 in Aichi, June 20–21 in Osaka, and June 29–30 in Fukuoka. The tour will resume in July with shows on July 18–19 in Hyogo, followed by concerts on July 23 and July 25–26 in Tokyo. The final stop of the tour will take place in Hong Kong on August 22.
Meanwhile, ILLIT continues to gain momentum with their first single album' NOT CUTE ANYMORE,' released on November 24 last year. The title track of the same name has maintained a strong presence on music charts.
The song ranked No. 14 on the Melon daily chart dated January 17 and has charted for seven consecutive weeks on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Songs” global chart, demonstrating the group’s growing international popularity.
