CRAVITY member Jungmo is set to make his acting debut through the short-form drama 'I’m Not a Killer, I’m a Writer.'
In the series, Jungmo takes on the dual roles of Dok Go Jin, an aspiring drama writer who dies an unjust death, and Baek Do Yoon, an elite killer whose body Dok Go Jin awakens in after being reborn. Switching between two characters with completely different personalities and professions, Jungmo challenges himself with a one-man, two-role performance, while also showcasing dynamic movements and action scenes within the action-comedy genre.
'I’m Not a Killer, I’m a Writer' follows the story of Dok Go Jin, a drama writer far removed from the dark underworld, who becomes possessed by the body of ace killer Baek Do Yoon. As he finds himself targeted by an assassin organization, he struggles to survive and complete his drama.
Having built his career as CRAVITY’s lead vocalist, Jungmo has demonstrated his versatility through music, a wide range of content, and variety shows. Expectations are high to see what new side of himself he will reveal as an actor through this project.
Meanwhile, 'I’m Not a Killer, I’m a Writer,' starring Jungmo, was released exclusively in Japan on the 16th via “Kanta,” a global short-form drama platform operated by RIDI.
