Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR and producer behind NewJeans, has begun preparations to launch a new idol group under her newly established company, OK Records.
OK Records will hold a private in-person audition at a renowned dance studio on the 7th.

The company, founded in October, is officially registered for music production, management, performance planning, and brand management, with Min Hee Jin serving as an executive director.
The auditions target aspiring trainees born between 2006 and 2011, with no restrictions on nationality or gender, signaling plans for both girl and boy groups.
The selected dance studio is one of Korea’s top three and has hosted crews from shows like Mnet’s Street Dance Girls Fighter 2, as well as performances by choreographers linked to NewJeans.
Min Hee Jin has also been active in court proceedings related to her departure from HYBE, maintaining that her management was transparent and that her dismissal was unjust.
Meanwhile, NewJeans appears to have deactivated or cleaned up their social media accounts previously used under the handle ‘NJZ’. Speculation is mounting that this move comes as part of the group’s transition period.
