Rookie virtual idol group Saryeonghwa (四靈花) has officially announced their debut with the release of an accompanying animation.
Saryeonghwa (四靈花) is the second virtual girl group launched by GRIM Production, a subculture-focused label, following the success of their first group, WISHes.
The group consists of four members — Cheongmok, Biwha, Maehwarin, and Baekhee. Their name, Saryeonghwa, means “four spiritual beings coming together to form one flower — a beautiful story in bloom.”
An animated short released on GRIM Production’s official YouTube channel on October 31 depicts the moment the four meet and unite as one team. Set in the mysterious “Garden of Stillness,” a place between life and death, reality and fantasy, the animation tells the story of four beings from different worlds coming together under the name Saryeonghwa (四靈花).
The group’s concept draw inspiration from traditional Korean folklore, reimagining forgotten deities who return to the modern world as “virtual idols” to share their voices once more. Through interaction with fans, they aim to revive these lost legends in a new and imaginative way.
Their ethereal visuals and petal-inspired logo design amplify the group’s poetic and mystical identity.
Saryeonghwa (四靈花) will hold their first live broadcast on Naver’s streaming platform CHZZK on November 8, followed by the release of their official debut album on November 13.
