CUBE Entertainment’s rookie boy group NOWZ transformed into one-day café baristas.
On November 14 KST, NOWZ (Hyunbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, Siyoon) held a one-day café event at Cube Story, located on the first floor of Cube Entertainment’s building, where they hosted a special CSAT support event for students. Even before opening, crowds gathered, and the members spent meaningful time taking orders and serving drinks and desserts directly to visitors.
In particular, the members took photos with fans who stopped by and handed out fortune cookies with handwritten messages and baseball-shaped candies, cheering on students who have worked hard for the exams. This year’s event drew even more visitors than last year, proving its growing popularity.
NOWZ also released the second set of individual and group concept photos for their third single 'Play Ball' through their official channels on the same day. Dressed in various baseball-inspired outfits, the members added items like baseballs, gloves, and bats to express a free-spirited, colorful charm.
In the group concept photo, NOWZ caught attention with a noticeably more mature vibe than before. Their rebellious gazes and confident poses highlighted their charismatic appeal, raising anticipation for their upcoming release.
'Play Ball', NOWZ’s new single, marks their return four months after their first mini-album 'IGNITION'. The album captures the group’s new challenge toward the world, and through music that differentiates their style from previous releases, NOWZ aims to solidify their presence once again as standout rookies of the “Zalpa Rep” (4th–5th gen) scene.
NOWZ will release their third single Play Ball on November 26 at 6 p.m. through various music platforms.
