Actress Na-Eun (Son Na Eun) officially joined the cast of the upcoming SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Manager Kim,' one of the most anticipated dramas of next year.
According to an exclusive report by News1 on October 22, Son Na Eun will star in 'Manager Kim,' which is set to air in 2025. The series is based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same name and follows the story of 'Manager Kim' (played by So Ji Sub), a middle-aged man who hides his past as a North Korean special agent while living an ordinary office life until a tragic event unfolds when his beloved daughter is kidnapped.
The drama will be directed by Lee Seung Young, known for 'Wonderful World' (2024), 'Tracer' (2022), and 'Voice 2' (2018). The screenplay will be penned by Nam Dae Joong, marking his first venture into drama writing following his film work on 'The First Ride' (2025), 'Love Reset' (2023), 'Homme Fatale' (2019), and 'The Last Ride' (2016).
Son Na Eun takes on the role of Sang Ah, a key character who works alongside 'Manager Kim' at his company. With So Ji Sub already confirmed for the lead and actors Chae Dae Hoon and Yoon Kyung Ho also cast, Son Na Eun’s addition further heightens expectations for the production.
Fans are eager to see what kind of performance Son Na Eun will deliver in 'Manager Kim' and how her on-screen chemistry with So Ji Sub and the rest of the cast will unfold.
