BTS member V has once again proven his status as a global fashion icon, capturing attention at the Celine Spring/Summer 2026 Collection show, held on October 5 at Parc de Saint-Cloud on the outskirts of Paris.
Attending as Celine’s global ambassador, V turned heads with his sharp fashion and natural charisma. Renowned French magazine Paris Match dedicated a special article to V, highlighting the lasting impression he left during his two-day stay in Paris.
In the feature titled “The Korean artist who looked the most Parisian at the Celine show,” Paris Match wrote:
“V embodied the perfect Parisian mood with his refined style, casual elegance, captivating gaze, and a hint of dandy chic.”
They continued:
“V took his place in the Celine front row dressed in an elegantly tailored brown suit with a leopard-print tie, creating a witty yet sophisticated look. He blended effortlessly among global celebrities, engaging naturally in conversations—even with icons like Uma Thurman—and quickly became the center of attention, with guests lining up to take photos with him.”
Paris Match also described V as “Celine’s muse and the face of the brand,” adding:
“Even before his military enlistment, V was an active presence in the fashion world—he was personally invited by Anna Wintour to Vogue World a few months ago.”
Further praising his influence, the outlet noted:
“V possesses all the qualities needed to leave a lasting mark on the fashion world. His alluring charisma and bold sartorial choices—whether androgynous silhouettes or classic suits—showcase a fearless approach to personal style.”
The article also reflected on V’s synergy with Celine’s past and present creative direction:
“When he was named global ambassador, he was in perfect sync with Hedi Slimane’s rock-inspired vision, and now, with the arrival of Michael Rider as the new designer, even more exciting synergies are expected.”
