EVNNE has begun discussions for an extension of their activities.
According to a report by SPOTV News on October 15, discussions have reportedly been held regarding a contract renewal to extend EVNNE’s group activities.
Formed under Jellyfish Entertainment, EVNNE is a derivative group consisting of seven contestants from Mnet’s 'Boys Planet' - Keita, Park Hanbin, Lee Jeong Hyeon, Yoo Seung Eon, Ji Yun Seob, Mun Jung Hyun, and Park Ji Hoo.
Though they started as the first derivative project group from 'Boys Planet,' they are continuing on a steep upward growth, having just celebrated their second debut anniversary in September. As talks of extending their activities coincide with this milestone, attention is growing over whether the group’s contracts will officially be renewed.
An industry insider revealed that representatives from each member’s agency have met to share opinions and discuss the group’s future plans.
With more project groups from idol survival programs successfully transitioning into permanent teams—such as Kep1er, who debuted through 'Girls Planet 999' and continued activities as a reorganized seven-member group—fans are eager to see whether EVNNE will also clear this major hurdle and secure an extension of their group activities.
