
Comedian Jung Se Hyup has passed away at the age of 41.
On October 7, KBS2's 'Gag Concert' shared the sad news through its official social media account, writing, "We express our deepest condolences at the heartbreaking news of comedian Jung Se Hyup's passing. May he rest in peace."
According to reports, Jung passed away on the afternoon of October 6, with the cause of death presumed to be a heart attack.

Jung Se Hyup debuted in 2008 as part of the SBS's 10th class of special comedians and gained recognition through variety shows such as 'People Looking for a Laugh' and 'Gag Tonight.' Last year, he made a return to public comedy stages through 'Gag Concert,' continuing his career until recently.
In 2015, Jung revealed that he had been battling leukemia for five years. In 2022, he appeared on a YouTube channel, sharing that he had received a bone marrow transplant and was declared fully recovered.

His sudden passing has left many in the entertainment industry and his fans in shock and sorrow.
Jung Se Hyup's funeral is being held at Hanbaeksan Funeral Home in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, with the procession scheduled for the morning of October 9 at 7:40 AM. The burial will take place at Hanbaeksan Memorial Park.
