According to the Seoul Gwangjin Police on September 6 KST, YouTuber Great Library (Na Dong Hyun, 47) was discovered deceased in his home on this day at approximately 8:40 AM KST.
The police arrived at the YouTuber's home after receiving the report that Na Dong Hyun had not shown up to a promised engagement and that he was not answering his phone. The police found no evidence to believe that the death occurred through murder.
Meanwhile, Great Library (also known as BuzzBean) is considered one of the "1st generation" broadcast streamers of South Korea, beginning his broadcast activities on AfreecaTV in the 2000s. He then expanded his activities to the realms of Twitch and YouTube, gaining over 1.4 million subscribers on the latter platform. Just 2 days prior to his death, Great Library appeared at 'Seoul Fashion Week'.
