Singer and actor Park Yoochun, who recently lost his legal dispute with his former agency for the second time and was ordered to pay damages, has shared updates from Japan.
On September 27, the legal community reported that the Seoul High Court’s Civil Division 8-1 ruled in the appeal case filed by management company against Yoochun and his former agency Re Cielo, ordering that "Park Yoochun and Re Cielo jointly pay 500 million KRW and delayed interest." The damages ruling from the first trial was upheld.
Amid this, on September 26, Yoochun posted photos on his personal SNS with the caption in Japanese, "It’s suddenly getting cooler."

In a separate post, he wrote in Japanese, "Time and love flow together." The accompanying images show Yoochun in a black beanie and shirt, smiling brightly while holding a birthday cake, or enjoying a video call with an acquaintance. His cheerful expression, visible tattoos on his arm, and noticeably thinning hair drew netizens' attention.

Moreover, he later posted a selfie with the caption, "Those who are connected to me :) I hope everyone is as happy as I am," showing himself wearing AirPods with a slightly uneven shave.

After being sentenced to probation in 2019 on charges of methamphetamine use and reversing his retirement declaration, Yoochun has continued his singing career in Japan.
Most recently, he released a mini album titled 'Metro Love' and broadened his activities by appearing on local music variety programs. However, with this damages ruling, he has once again found himself at the center of controversy.
