On September 27, the YouTube channel DdeunDdeun released an episode titled 'The Autumn Breeze Is Just an Excuse.'
The show featured Netflix's 'Genie, Make a Wish' stars Kim Woo Bin and Suzy as special guests. During the broadcast, Suzy drew laughter when asked about her personality by saying, “I used to be a bit blunt when I was younger, but as I worked in broadcasting, I naturally became brighter. And I’m still bright now.”
Hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Yang Se Chan jokingly questioned her answer, and Suzy explained, “I originally had a blunt side, but through work, I learned to be brighter. When I am on the job, I think I still show that side of me.”
Yoo Jae Suk mentioned her time with girl group miss A and commented that debuting as an idol could not have been easy.
Looking back on those days, Suzy admitted, “At the time, I did not realize it, but now I see that I was pretty blunt. Still, I managed to get through it somehow. With friends, I would just be myself, but at work, I would put on a bright face. It was like equipping a smile.” Kim Woo Bin agreed, saying, “That is true, she really does that.”
When Yoo Jae Suk remarked that her friends must have noticed, Suzy honestly confessed, “They just called it a business smile.” Yoo responded with understanding, saying, “That is what happens with close friends. You can show your real self to them.”
