On September 6, BE:MAX was scheduled to perform at St. Paul’s RiverCentre in Minnesota, but the group announced that their visa had been unexpectedly cancelled, forcing them to cancel the concert.
In an official statement to fans, BE:MAX expressed deep regret and apologized for disappointing supporters who had been eagerly anticipating the performance. The group shared that they had been preparing for months to meet their fans in the United States but were unable to proceed due to the sudden visa issue.
Refunds for the cancelled concert are set to be processed starting Monday, September 8, 2025. BE:MAX also extended apologies to the event organizers, including Korus Entertainment and the local K-pop event teams, for the disruption caused by the cancellation.
Despite the setback, BE:MAX promised to return in the future and perform on an even bigger stage for their fans.

First of all, we are deeply saddened to share this news with our fans who have been eagerly waiting to meet us at the upcoming concert.
We have been preparing for a long time to spend precious moments with you through our U.S. shows. However, due to the unexpected cancellation of our visa, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to perform on stage this time.
We truly wanted to meet our fans in person, and it breaks our hearts to deliver this message instead. We sincerely apologize that your unwavering support and anticipation have turned into disappointment.
