
ATEEZ has once again proven their popularity in Japan.
According to the latest Oricon chart for the week of September 22, ATEEZ’s second Japanese full-length album, 'Ashes to Light,' claimed the No. 1 spot on the weekly album ranking.
The album sold over 115,000 copies in its first week, setting a personal best for the group in Japan and marking the highest first-week sales for any of their Japanese releases. This achievement also became their fourth overall No. 1 album in the country, reaffirming their strong presence in the Japanese market.
Upon its release on September 17, 'Ashes to Light' immediately topped Oricon’s daily album chart and ranked high on the iTunes Worldwide Albums chart.
The title track, “Ash,” has also been well-received by listeners, appearing on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 11 countries and regions, as well as the Line Music Top 100 albums chart. The new album carries a theme of “new hope arising from difficulties,” with “Ash” featuring dynamic beats and showcasing the group’s evolved vocal skills.
ATEEZ will continue their world tour, 'In Your Fantasy,' in Kobe on October 22–23.
