ZEROBASEONE's Park Gun Wook apologizes for hiding his new tattoo from fans

ZEROBASEONE's Park Gun Wook apologized to fans for hiding his new tattoo. 

Recently, an online user posted a photo of ZEROBASEONE hanging out at a hotel pool in LA. The photo quickly created a frenzy after fans noticed that Park Gun Wook had a new tattoo around his side ribs.

Later, Park Gun Wook addressed the issue in a voice live. 

He said, "If I were to give you the conclusion first, I did get a tattoo. The reason that I could not tell you before is.. Well last year, I already told you that if I were to get one, I would tell you. But to be honest, it's nothing to boast about. And there are also fans who are minors. That made me question if it was right to tell you. I didn't get it last year. It was around March of this year. I just couldn't tell you right away because I wasn't sure how."

He also explained, "There is a part of me that feels upset. In the end, it was revealed against my intentions, and it happened because someone took a photo of me without my consent and posted it. But I didn't meant to hide it from you. It's a meaningful tattoo for me. It has to do with my family. The meaning is precious to me. It's hard to explain exactly what it means and all that. I got it somewhere you can't see it easily. It's on the lower back ribs. It's just there for me to see it."
