On July 7, SPOTV News reported that actor Lee Jae Wook will make a special appearance in the upcoming Netflix original series ‘Monthly Magazine Boyfriend’.
The romantic comedy follows Mirae, a webtoon producer exhausted by everyday life, who begins a unique virtual dating subscription service to experience romance through simulated boyfriends. The series blends a relatable workplace setting with a futuristic twist, offering a fresh take on love and relationships.
The drama has already confirmed Seo In Guk and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo as the main leads, with special appearances by Seo Kang Joon, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Lee Hyun Wook also drawing attention.
Lee Jae Wook is known for his roles in ‘Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol,’ ‘Alchemy of Souls,’ ‘Royal Loader,’ and ‘Tangeum.’ He is also set to star in the upcoming drama ‘Last Summer’ later this year.
