Rising boy group POW has confirmed the release of their third EP, officially signaling their comeback on June 27th KST.
On May 13th at midnight KST, their agency GRID Entertainment raised anticipation by unveiling a teaser poster via official social media channels. Set against lush greenery, the poster featured bright orange and yellow visuals bursting with playful energy—capturing the explosive vibe associated with POW and hinting at the tone of the upcoming album.
This comeback is especially meaningful as group leader Yochi played a major role in producing the new album, making it a deeply personalized work that reflects POW’s unique style. The tracklist is filled with energetic, upbeat songs, and the visuals are built around a ‘POW-teen + European youth culture’ concept—further amplifying the group’s signature youthful energy.
Despite their break between releases, POW has actively maintained their presence through various creative projects. In February, they released the special single ‘Gimme Love’, which received an enthusiastic response from both domestic and international fans. They also showcased their acting skills through the self-produced web drama ‘Always Be There’, with the group contributing the original soundtrack as well—demonstrating impressive range and ambition uncommon among rookie groups.
Furthermore, POW has expanded their influence through creative variety content and regular communication across platforms, proving their ability to stay visible and connected with fans even during hiatuses. Although they hail from a mid-sized agency, POW has steadily gained momentum with their multidimensional talents spanning music, visuals, video content, and variety skills.
A representative from the agency stated, “This upcoming EP will be a comeback that recharges fans with the same positive energy as the fandom name ‘Power.’ You can look forward to more mature music and stage performances.”
POW’s third EP will be released on June 27, officially kicking off their comeback promotions.
