This article is so stupid. Jisoo saying that she misses donuts does not mean that she is having a hard time dieting. I miss sushi but it doesn’t mean I’m dieting, I just haven’t had it in a while.

Regardless of what she actually said, 44kg is too little for someone who's 162cm, and even if someone is overweight and trying to lose weight, they can still eat things like donuts. Everything in moderation. Cutting out everything at once is not the solution as cravings won't just magically vanish and you'll set yourself up for failure as a lifestyle change is the solution to losing weight and keeping it off, not just a 2 week crash diet, and for most people, if they want to be able to maintain their diet, they can't be eating "clean" 24/7
